Masterclass: Counting Plots and Monitoring Q&A

Following in its programme of masterclasses, the Right to Build Task Force is sharing its responses to the questions asked during the masterclass on Counting Plots and Monitoring for Custom and Self Build.

Held on the 11 November with 86 planning policy officer in attendance, the masterclass examined processes and issues around monitoring plot permissions, which local authorities must undertake as required by the Right to Build legislation. 

Anyone involved with this acitivity should review the Task Force′s Planning Guidance Note 13 - PG13: Counting Plots and Monitoring – A Template for Local AuthoritiesThis is part of the wider suite of guidance around the delivery of custom and self build designed exclusively for local authorities.

The Masterclass was delivered by Right to Build Task Force Expert Arron Beecham, one of a panel of experts able to take on work on a consultancy basis.
